Throughout the one-day event, we will hold interactive discussions on a wide range of reporting disciplines, including ESG reporting, proxy statements and quarterly & annual financial results.

Carrie Christopher brings more than 18 years of experience leading initiatives for corporate reporting, materiality assessments, and ESG and climate strategy and initiatives, with her most recent roles serving as Sr. Director of Governance at Cisco, overseeing ESG data and disclosure governance and Sr. Director of ESG and Sustainability at Splunk, overseeing global climate strategy and impact reporting. Fionna Ross is a Sustainable Investment Director and Head of abrdn’s Sustainability Institute for the Americas.
Fionna joined abrdn in 2008 as an ESG Researcher on the Global Equities desk, before moving onto become a Senior ESG Analyst on what has today become abrdn’s Sustainable Investments team. Prior to her current role as Head of the Americas Sustainability Institute, Fionna spent 5 years as an on-desk ESG analyst on the US Equities desk in Philadelphia where she led ESG integration and stewardship efforts across equities in the region. As Head of the Americas Sustainability Institute, Fionna leads abrdn’s sustainability efforts within the region. Outside of abrdn, Fionna is an active member of the Philadelphia CFA Chapter’s Sustainable Investing Thought Leadership Group.
Fionna graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Geography from St Andrews University and an MSc in Quaternary Science from Royal Holloway, University of London before returning to St Andrews for three years as a postgraduate research student working in collaboration with the British Geological Survey. Chris Librie is Applied Materials Head of ESG. In that role, Chris is responsible for accelerating the company’s environmental, social and governance programs while communicating these to external stakeholders.
During his tenure, Chris has driven Applied’s climate strategy joining RE100, setting science-based targets (SBTs) and launching the Net Zero 2040 Playbook. He represents the company regularly in public forums and meetings with investors.
Prior to Applied, Chris led ESG and corporate sustainability programs at eBay, Hewlett Packard, and S.C. Johnson, helping these organizations improve their sustainability performance while achieving the highest recognition from leading external organizations such as CDP.
Chris holds an MBA from the University of Edinburgh and a BA in history from the University of Pennsylvania.

Over the past 20 years Darrah has worked at a number of financial services firms – including JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, and Smith Barney – in marketing and social impact roles.
In addition, Darrah has consulted for small start-ups as well as Fortune 500 companies and has served clients in a wide variety of industries including consumer packaged goods, education, publishing and entertainment. Darrah graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in Political Science, and has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. She serves on the board of Greyston Foundation.

Ron Schneider is Director, Corporate Governance Services for Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN). He is responsible for providing thought leadership on emerging corporate governance, proxy, sustainability and other disclosure issues. Over the past four decades, Ron has advised and assisted senior management, the C-suite and boards of public companies of all sizes, industries and stages of growth to establish effective investor engagement programs, facing investor activism, and with challenging proxy solicitations involving corporate governance, compensation and control issues.
During his career, he has managed more than 1,600 proxy solicitations, 200 tender or exchange offers and 30 proxy contests, with his proxy fight clients succeeding in over 70% of such situations.
Ron’s prior experience includes three years at investor relations agency The Financial Relations Board (FRB), three years at AST Phoenix Advisors and nine years at BNY Mellon, providing thought leadership on regulatory changes and emerging best practices. Earlier in his career, Ron held increasingly senior positions at major proxy solicitation firms Morrow & Company, D.F. King and Georgeson & Company, where he served on its first Board of Directors. Ron earned a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.

Erika is a corporate sustainability executive who has been at the nexus of technology, corporate strategy, and sustainable business for over a decade. Having built ESG and Impact work at two pre-IPO companies, she thrives on building this work from the ground up. She is the award-winning Head of ESG (environment, social, governance) & Sustainability at Robinhood where she leads Robinhood’s corporate ESG and sustainability strategy. Erika created Robinhood’s ESG strategy, released their first report two months after IPO, continues to build sustainability program, manages investor relationships, present to the Board of Directors, among other responsibilities.
As the former Global Head of Impact Computing at Amazon Web Services, she helped customers and organizations like start-ups, leading web companies, and Global 500 companies leverage the power of cloud computing to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges—whether that meant mapping the world’s water supply, curing cancer, or reducing carbon emissions. Prior to joining Amazon, she headed up Strategic Initiatives at Twilio.org, launching the Twilio.org Impact Fund, where she led early stage investments in social enterprises and nonprofits focused on accelerating their impact through innovative communication technologies. While at Twilio, she also served as a catalyst in building out their crisis response team and aided social impact organizations in utilizing Twilio’s communications platform.
Erika has shared her passion for corporation’s role in solving large, global problems at the Global Philanthropy Forum, the National Association for Security Professionals (NASP), SOCAP, and the NetHope Global Summit, to name a few. She began her career in tech at TaskRabbit and prior to that consulted for large and small nonprofits, including the $600 Million Campaign for UCSF Medical Center. Erika holds ESG and Climate Global Certificates from Competent Boards. She is passionate about creating a seat at her table for underrepresented groups, which she accomplishes as an active member and advisor of several organizations that champion women and social entrepreneurs, such as Clarasight, ANGELS.vc, Raise for Good, and Hipower.

Bio – Dana Eddis joined Corteva, a Fortune 500 agricultural technology company, in October 2019 as Associate General Counsel, Corporate and Assistant Secretary, where she leads a team responsible for governance, financial, M&A, disclosure and sustainability matters. Prior to joining Corteva, Dana was Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Trinseo, a private-equity backed European-based materials manufacturer spun off from The Dow Chemical Company, where she was responsible for securities, finance, commercial and governance matters. Prior to joining Trinseo in March 2015, Dana was counsel and chief compliance officer for Morningstar, Inc.’s credit rating business, where she was responsible for overseeing its compliance and regulatory advocacy activities of the credit rating business, including the implementation of its Dodd-Frank compliance program and its expansion into new rating categories. Before going in-house, Dana spent several years with a regional AmLaw 200 law firm advising on mergers, acquisitions, divestures, capital markets, securities, governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial matters. Dana received her J.D., M.B.A., and B.A. in Economics degrees from Temple University and serves on the alumni board for Temple’s economics program. Before joining Aspen Institute, Erika served as Executive Managing Director and Chief Impact Officer at Pathstone, an $80B family office and investment advisor. Erika was appointed to the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Agenda Council on Financing and Capital. Prior to IR Magazine, Steven’s background has been in corporate social responsibility and responsible investment. During his time at Ethical Corporation (now Reuters Events), Steve launched the ESG symposium, an event focused on connecting the socially responsible investment community with corporate sustainability leaders at listed companies. Steve was a judge for the Deloitte Green Frog Awards, celebrating the best corporate reporting in Eastern Europe. Steve also presented research at the Global Sustainable Event Summit in London and has spoken about extra-financial reporting with the United Nations Global Compact, the World Bank and the Polish Ministry of Finance.
