Prior to joining the firm in 2019 Mr. Banerji was an equity analyst at Cutler Group, an equity analyst at Integre Asset Management, and a portfolio analyst at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He joined the industry in 1999. Mr. Banerji earned a Masters of Business Administration at the Columbia Business School, New York and a Bachelor of Technology at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi, India.

Adele Carey is the VP of Investor Relations at BTCS. In this role, she serves as a liaison to the investment community and will lead the investor relations program. Adele has over a decade of experience in marketing and investor relations. Prior to BTCS, she worked at CrowdStreet where she raised capital for their private funds and supported the investor onboarding process. Prior to that, Adele was an Investor Relations Analyst at Synchrony Financial. In 2014, she received two Synchrony Star Awards for Collaboration and Strong Governance. Adele started her career in investor services at UBS Alternative Investment Solutions. Ms. Carey worked closely with the investment committee and business development teams. Adele earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pace University.

Previously, Ms. Fato was EVP & General Counsel of S&P Global. Prior to that, Ms. Fato was Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Marsh McLennan. Ms. Fato began her legal career at Davis Polk & Wardwell where she spent fourteen years, including five as a partner in the capital markets group. Ms. Fato is a member of the Department of Financial Services (DFS) State Insurance Advisory Board and the Life Insurance Council of NY (LICONY) Board of Directors. From 2018 to 2021, Ms. Fato was included in NACD Directorship magazine’s list of the 100 most influential people in the boardroom community. In 2015 and 2017, she was named by Ethisphere magazine as one of the “Attorneys Who Matter” for her dedication to furthering corporate ethics.

Anthony is a director with the Responsible Investing (RI) team at Nuveen, the investment management arm of TIAA. Nuveen’s Responsible Investing team is responsible for creating a firm-wide holistic RI vision, executing a unified framework across Nuveen’s multi-affiliate structure, and expanding strategic business relationships across the firm. Nuveen’s RI framework establishes the firm’s overall RI philosophy as well as guidelines for incorporating RI disciplines in investment decisions and new product development. Anthony’s responsibilities include leading the engagement efforts across Nuveen, including for its largest affiliate TIAA Investments, by working directly with companies to discuss important ESG issues and developing standards for proxy voting. Prior to joining Nuveen, Anthony worked as a policy advisor to institutional investors at Institutional Shareholder Services. His other professional experiences include a variety of financial and legal research positions. He received a JD from Vanderbilt University and a BA in Economics from Hamilton College.

Matt received his doctorate in Chemistry from Michigan State University, and was a postdoctoral researcher in Chemistry at MIT, where he spent five years as the Executive Director of the Earth System Initiative. He currently teaches sustainability strategy and entrepreneurship in the Sustainability and Environmental Management Program at the Harvard University Extension School.
Dave Gentry is the author of Small Stocks, Big Money (Wiley), a book of interviews with the world’s most successful small-cap investors. He has been a consultant to more than 700 public companies and assisted dozens of public companies in the up-listing and capital-raise process. In 2012 he founded The RedChip Money Report™, a weekly cable TV financial news show broadcast in 177 million homes. He has appeared on CNBC and Fox Business News and is widely known as a thought leader in the small-cap space. Mr. Gentry has been a presenter at the New York Society of Security Analysts, Deal Flow Media conferences, and other small-cap conferences, and he has rung the NASDAQ bell on three occasions representing RedChip Companies. In 2011, he was honored by Inc. Magazine as the CEO of one of the fastest-growing private companies in America. In 1996, he won the Republican nomination in the 5th District of Florida for the United States House of Representatives. In 1994 he co-founded the First Amendment Coalition, an independent, nonprofit, collegiate-based student organization, and received national and international attention for his work defending free speech on college campuses. Mr. Gentry’s activism led to his book 100+ Cases of Campus Censorship, published by David Horowitz’s Second Thoughts Books. Mr. Gentry earned his master’s of education from the University of Florida in 1993.

She currently acts as a fractional Chief Financial Officer or Investor Relations officer for smaller public companies and private companies.
Laura’s expertise transcends industries and she has successfully dealt with a variety of complex shareholder-related issues including predatory short interest, activist investor campaigns, new issuances for complex securities and insider transactions.
Laura is a Board Member of the National Investor Relations Institute, New York. She has served as VP Programs and Sponsorship for NIRI NY, and on the NIRI National Advocacy Agenda (Washington DC Ambassador) and the IRC Examination Development Committee. In 2018, she completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program titled Women on Boards: Succeeding as a Corporate Director.
She is a frequent guest lecturer in Finance, Investments, and Investor Relations at Northeastern University and Fordham Gabelli School of Management.

Stan Kovler is Vice President of Strategy and Investor Relations. In his role he advises senior leadership on various strategic initiatives working directly under the CEO and in concert with the executive team. He was a key advisor to the Extreme senior leadership team on the acquisition of Aerohive Networks. As head of Investor Relations, Stan is also responsible for communicating Extreme’s strategy and value proposition to investors, analysts, and the greater Wall Street community.
Prior to joining Extreme, Stan was the Small / Midcap IT Hardware and Networking analyst at Citi Research covering stocks across Communications Equipment, Storage, and Consumer Technology sectors. In that role he was recognized as an Institutional Investor Magazine 2017 “Rising Star” in both the IT Hardware and Networking sectors. Prior to Citi Research, Stan worked on teams covering networking and telecom equipment at Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Susquehanna. He started his career at Clearbridge Advisors, formerly Smith Barney Asset Management, on the buy-side.

Ms. MacMedan joined LL Flooring from Tailored Brands, the parent company of The Men’s Wearhouse and Jos A Bank. Previously, she served as vice president, investor relations for internet publisher and e-commerce marketplace operator Demand Media, Inc. Prior to Demand Media, Ms. MacMedan was vice president of investor relations and corporate communications for leading videogame publisher and interactive entertainment company, THQ Inc.
Ms. MacMedan began her career with The Nasdaq Stock Market in Washington, D.C., where she listed initial public offerings and counseled public companies regarding market dynamics, corporate governance and the strategy and practice of investor relations.

Over his 20+yr career in the financial markets, Dan has held numerous leadership positions within the IR advisory field as well as front-line, buy-side trading desk experience in the commodities pits at the New York Mercantile Exchange. Regarding the IR arena, Dan began his career back in 2000 as one of the last employees hired by The Carson Group prior to the firm’s merger with Thomson Financial. Over a seven-year run at Thomson Financial/Carson, Dan worked his way up through the ranks to manage the firm’s consumer team where he honed his surveillance and targeting skills within the IR industry. In 2007, Dan left the IR field to return to the New York Mercantile Exchange, where he previously worked as a floor clerk from 1997 – 2000. In this new venture, Dan was provided the opportunity to trade commodities for a division of MF Global, specializing in Crude Oil, Natural Gas and S&P 500 futures contracts. After a four-year stint on MF’s internal prop desk, Dan returned to the newly formed Thomson Reuters as a Director in Corporate Advisory Services where he took over leadership of the firm’s Industrial team. In 2013, Dan left Thomson Reuters to join Ipreo as a Director within the firm’s Global Markets Intelligence division, where he was brought in to build out their industrial sector team, which grew to the largest sector team within the division over a seven-year period before being moved up to lead the company’s North American business. Currently, Dan is the global head of S&P Global’s Surveillance and Targeting division specializing in providing corporate clients with actionable insights into trading market dynamics, buy-side intelligence and best practices across the IR industry. In terms of education, Dan graduated from Columbia University in New York City back in 2000 where he also played Varsity Baseball.

He currently serves as the portfolio manager of the CRM Small/Mid Cap Value and CRM Mid Cap Value strategies and a senior research analyst in CRM’s investment group covering the healthcare, industrials, business services and consumer sectors. Thad also leads the Firm’s Responsible Investing and sustainability efforts, including as a Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) signatory as well as engagements with portfolio companies. Prior to CRM, he spent three years as an analyst in Corporate Finance at Lehman Brothers, as well as other roles in strategy and competitive intelligence. He holds Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and Certified Management Accountant designations. He also holds FSA Credential from the Sustainable Accounting Standards Board and is a member of the CFA Society of New York. Thad received a BS from Yale University.

Neil Stewart is the New York-based Director of Corporate Outreach for the IFRS Foundation, which houses the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), the newly created International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), the SASB Standards and the Integrated Reporting Framework. Neil joined SASB in 2020, bringing more than 25 years of experience in and around investor relations and corporate governance. Previously at Citigroup as VP IR Advisory on the ADR team, helping non-US issuers develop IR and ESG strategies, Neil is a board member of NIRI NY, the New York chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute.

Laurence Taylor is a content researcher and conference producer at IR Magazine and Corporate Secretary where he is responsible for crowd-sourcing intelligence on the big global issues facing public companies. In this role, Laurence creates industry-wide conferences overseeing the event all the way from conception to completion.
Prior to this role, Laurence held similar roles with Westminster insight, A UK-based policy organisation for both the private and public sectors. Laurence also produced events for Metal Bulletin, American Metal Market, and Industrial Minerals market.

Steve Wade is a content researcher and conference producer at IR Magazine where he is responsible for crowd-sourcing intelligence on the big global issues facing investor relations. Steve also creates events where the IROs and the wider financial community can discuss, debate and learn about ways to develop the IR function.
Prior to IR Magazine, Steven’s background has been in corporate social responsibility and responsible investment. During his time at Ethical Corporation (now Reuters Events), Steve launched the ESG symposium, an event focused on connecting the socially responsible investment community with corporate sustainability leaders at listed companies. Steve was a judge for the Deloitte Green Frog Awards, celebrating the best corporate reporting in Eastern Europe. Steve also presented research at the Global Sustainable Event Summit in London and has spoken about extra-financial reporting with the United Nations Global Compact, the World Bank and the Polish Ministry of Finance.
Steve has a degree in Event Management and enjoys playing rugby in his spare time.

James Wong is Head of Corporate Access Origination at Millennium Management, where he is responsible for corporate relationship development and directly connecting Millennium investment professionals and company management teams. Prior to joining Millennium, James held senior roles on the corporate access teams at UBS and at Raymond James where he advised and collaborated with investor relations professionals. James began his career in investment banking at Bear Stearns focusing on public and private equity financings for Asian, European and Latin American companies. James is a graduate of St. John’s University and is based in New York City.
