Joshua Lee, director of asset management, Equinix

Joshua Lee is the director of asset management at Equinix, with focus on new opportunities for its xScale data centre program.

Prior to joining Equinix, Joshua was the senior portfolio manager managing c.USD400m in various multi-asset mandates at Bank of Singapore. He was also an equity research analyst and strategist for Deutsche Bank, as well as a portfolio manager with several hedge funds.

Joshua holds a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Accountancy with a second major in Law from Singapore Management University. He is also a CFA charterholder, a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, an ASEAN CPA, and a CFA certificate in ESG investing.


Professor Roy Ling, CEO & founder, FollowTrade

Prof. Roy Ling is the CEO & Founder of FollowTrade. Concurrently, he is also an Adjunct Professor in Finance at the SKEMA Business School, an Academic Program Director at SMU Academy and an Independent Board Director on several listed companies in Asia.

Prof. Ling is a seasoned veteran with more than 20 years in investment banking with JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs and Salomon Smith Barney. His expertise is in digital finance, ESG investing and Asia real estate, and he had completed some of the highest-profile advisory and capital market transactions in the region. Prof. Ling is also a distinguished board director with more than 16 years of corporate governance experience across Asia. He was honored as the Real Estate Executive of the Year 2016 by Singapore Business Review, and as one of 20 Rising Stars in Real Estate 2008 by Institutional Investor.

Prof. Ling graduated from INSEAD with a Global EMBA and from the National University of Singapore with a BBA (Hons).


Vijay Natarajan, analyst – real estate & REITs
Vijay Natarajan has over 10 years of investment analyst experience covering Singapore and regional stocks.  He has worked both on the buy-side and sell-side equity research and covered diverse sectors which includes Real estate, REITs, Aviation and Offshore and Marine. He holds an MBA Degree from S.P.Jain School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication from Anna University.


Jeannie Ong, group chief investor relations officer, MyRepublic
Ms Jeannie Ong is the Group Chief Investor Relations Officer of MyRepublic, one of the fastest growing telcos in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, she had an illustrious career with the StarHub Group, where she took on senior management appointments as their Chief Strategic Partnership Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, advising the Group on branding and marketing, Investor Relations (IR), sustainability and all communication matters relating to operations and strategy.

Jeannie is the Founding Board Member and IR Advisor of AetriaHeath, a healthcare start-up in Thailand. She serves as a Board of Director at the National Arthritis Foundation in Singapore, where she is the Chairman of their Marketing and Publicity Committee. Jeannie has been a founding member of IRPAS (Investor Relations Professional Association of Singapore) since its inception in October 2006 and has been a director of its Board since 2012, championing for the IROs in Singapore.

Jeannie has more than 25 years of experience working as a senior corporate executive for various listed companies, across different industries. In her corporate roles, Jeannie has helmed successful initial public offerings and established billion-dollar MTN programmes. She was also instrumental in setting up communications, IR and sustainability frameworks of the listed companies. Jeannie was named Best IR Officer in Singapore by IR Magazine Awards – South East Asia for three consecutive years, from 2012 to 2014. She is also the only Singaporean IRO who was named in the 2015 Global Top 50 IROs. Jeannie holds a BSc Economics (Hons) from the University of London, with majors in Economics and Marketing as well as an Advanced Diploma in Healthcare Management and Digital Health from the Singapore Management University.


James Beech, editor-in-chief, IR Magazine
James Beech joined IR Media Group as Editor-in-Chief in January 2022. He was a multimedia journalist, editor, client relationship manager, awards host and public speaker at Campden Wealth, for and about the global ultra-wealthy multigenerational family business and office community, in 2016-21.

The Englishman reported and photographed news and features for daily and weekly regional newspapers and websites, in New Zealand and Australia, including the Otago Daily Times and Canterbury-Bankstown Express, in 2006-15.

He wrote and edited market-leading consumer magazines and websites in Bournemouth then worked in public relations and media communications in London, in 1999-2006.

He graduated from Bournemouth University with a BA (Hons) in Multimedia Journalism in 1999.
