About the forum

Our seventh annual forum is back again by popular demand! The event is part of our global initiative to create a level playing field for excellence in the IR community. With the help of expert speakers and those leading the charge at public companies, the event will include practical advice on:

  • How to balance the demands of the IR role with the demands of being a parent
  • How to build a more inclusive investor relations community and expand your network
  • How the role of an IRO has now evolved, the new skills required, and bridging the widening gender pay gap
  • How to progress in your career through adoption of new responsibilities. Learn how to excel in the IR profession and beyond

Attendees can join us at the event to:

  • Hear from leaders at public companies on expectations from IR and set DE&I goals for the IR community
  • Learn from successful heads of IR about the various paths into and beyond IR, bridging the skills and pay gap
  • Have one-on-one meetings with fellow IR professionals to build their network

NIRI IRC® CREDENTIAL

Holders of the NIRI IRC® credential can earn up to 4 professional development units (PDUs) per day. IRC-credentialed speakers may also earn PDUs. More information is available at www.niri.org/certification.

Taking place on the same day of the forum, the IR Magazine Think Tank – East Coast is an invitation-only event exclusively for senior IROs.

It is free to attend and our unique format enables participants to network extensively, discuss, debate and dissect topical issues affecting IR. We have over 100 senior IR professionals attending each year.

It is far removed from the traditional conference set-up as the event consists of a series of panel sessions followed by roundtables on select IR issues. All discussions are confidential so you can have a free and open chat with your peers.

Visit our think tank website to view the list of topics we will discuss and request an invite.
