IR Magazine Forum – Women in IR

Thursday, May 23, 2024

TD Offices, New York

About the forum

In 2024, despite making up almost half of the wider IR industry across the US, women occupied just 30% of the leadership roles within it. Shockingly, these numbers were not only worse than in recent years but have barely changed at all since 2017 when IR Magazine began undergoing this research.

In this powerful event, we shined a light on the journey of women in investor relations and provide practical advice on assessing, identifying and overcoming the professional barriers you faced. Don’t miss this chance to be part of the conversation that was driving change across the IR landscape.

You will learn:

  • How to advocate for yourself and achieve your professional goals
  • How to find the balance between work and family life
  • How to identify and overcome the barriers to your success
  • How to gain new skills and make the most of those you already have
  • How to build your personal brand and expand your professional network

Holders of the NIRI IRC® certification can earn up to 4 professional development units (PDUs) per day. IRC-certified speakers may also earn PDUs. For more information about the Investor Relations Charter (IRC)®, please visit www.niri.org/certification.
